Above 6.5 stars
This dashboard shows the percentage of new dwellings that are achieving or exceeding 6.5 stars and those that are not. Generally, most dwellings are achieving the 6 star minimum, but setting the mark at 6.5 stars shows how various jurisdictions are going at exceeding this minimum requirement.
The dashboard also displays the trend line over time and in most jurisdictions shows that the percentage of dwellings meeting or beating 6.5 stars has been increasing over time.
