Targets for star rating
CSIRO set targets for the accuracy of the RapidRate model. Multiple targets apply to different subsections of dwellings. Actual accuracy measures were calculated using the evaluation training data. These were compared against targets. The targets specify that 90% of predictions need to be within the targeted range.
