Australian Residential Energy Rating Conference Rescheduled to Thursday 20 – Friday 21 May 2021 (ARER 2021)
The ARER Conference plays an important role in Australia’s energy sector, forging links between energy assessors, builders, architects, regulators, researchers and academics. After careful consideration and in response to the continuing developments surrounding COVID-19, CSIRO have made the difficult decision to postpone the 2020 Australian Residential Energy Rating Conference. The event was originally planned for May 2020 but will now be held Thursday 20 – Friday 21 May 2021. The venue, Doltone House – Darling Island in Sydney, is unchanged as is the format of the event with Assessors attending the event qualifying for CPD points.
These measures have been put in place to help prevent the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19) and to ensure delivery of a high-quality conference. We trust that you understand that this decision has been made in the best interests of our delegates, speakers, industry, and the broader community.
We are pleased to announce that current conference registrations can be transferred to the new conference dates without any additional charges being incurred. The Conference Office will be in contact with all those who have existing registrations to confirm the process for transferring over to the 2021 dates and the options available to anyone no longer able to attend.
If you have not yet registered, we are pleased to advise that registration for the 2021 Conference will reopen in September 2020 and that the early bird registration has been extended until Friday 26 February 2021.
We thank you for your understanding and support and hope that you will be able to join us in May 2021 for this important event in the Australian energy sector.
If you have any questions regarding the conference postponement, please do not hesitate to contact Madeleine Cullity, Wise Connections on behalf of CSIRO at email@example.com
